Can I process a purchase order?
Purchase orders are not accepted. All orders must be prepaid. ATA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check/money order drawn from U.S. banks, ATA/IATA Airline Clearing House (ACH) billings, and bank wire (U.S. and Swift routings).
How do I process a wire payment?

What is your return policy?
All products must be returned in salable condition. Returns must be received by ATA within 30 days of the invoice date, postage and shipping charges must be pre-paid by the purchaser, ATA cannot credit accounts for any reason after 30 days of the invoice date, CD-ROMs must not be opened, all requests for refunds must be made in writing and credits must be used within one year of the date of the credit memo. There will be no refund or credit issued on any PDF files.
