EMMC Industry Members

With eligibility for membership in the ATA recently expanded to include more than airlines, the EMMC welcomes those companies who have joined the association and expressed interest in EM&M matters:

EMMC:


BAE Systems – A United States subsidiary of the UK-based defense company, BAE Systems provides support and service solutions for civilian aircraft. A number of its electronic systems and subsystems are developed for commercial applications in the airline industry. 

Bombardier – This Canada-based company produces a wide variety of regional jetliners and turboprop aircraft as part of its aerospace program. Bombardier’s Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ) series is in service with our member airlines and has seen widespread use in the North American regional market.

 

Embraer – In addition to being one of Brazil’s top exporters, Embraer is a leader in the 35- to 95-seat commercial jet market. The company’s aircraft provide reliable and efficient service for numerous airlines in North America, including ATA member carriers.

 

Honeywell – Honeywell is one of the commercial aviation industry’s foremost producers of avionics and communications equipment, along with other aircraft systems. Honeywell products are in use on a wide variety of aircraft type in the United States and abroad.

 

Pratt & Whitney – A major industry engine provider, Pratt & Whitney produces aircraft powerplant systems for more than 600 operators worldwide. The producers engines can be found on a wide variety of Boeing, Airbus, and McDonnell Douglas aircraft operated by ATA member airlines.

 

TDG Aerospace – This company, headquartered in San Diego, CA, produces wing anti-icing systems and circuit fire prevention devices as its main products. TDG works with a number of major North American airlines to help assure a safe operation.

 

WinWare, Inc. – WinWare provides inventory management software to support the materiel planning aspects of major industry members. This company was recently recognized by Boeing as a supplier of the year for the aircraft manufacturer.

 

Airworthiness Committee:

 

Aero Instruments & Avionics – Involved in avionics repair since 1968, Aero Instruments & Avionics is an FAA- and EASA-approved repair center. The maintenance provider has departments specializing in avionics repair for commercial aircraft instruments, avionics, autopilot, gyros, and accessories.

 

Timco Aviation Services – Timco is one of the largest independent commercial airliner maintenance, repair, modification, overhaul, and aircraft storage service providers in the United States. The company has had extensive experience with a wide variety of Boeing, Airbus, and McDonnell Douglas aircraft.
