Misrepresenting Air Traffic Delays
GA planes and air taxis are major users of the airspace around major airports, where they add to what is an increasing component of that airspace's congestion. A fee per IFR turbine flight in such airspace would be a small step in the direction of better incentives to make wise use of that airspace.
