Transforming our National Airspace
In order to meet demand in the future, as well as maintain safety and avert gridlock, the nation must deploy new technology, modernize procedures, consolidate ATC facilities, add capacity, and increase productivity. ATA and its member airlines are committed to transforming our National Airspace by identifying the problems and finding solutions and guiding technology to enable a safe and efficient transition to the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen).
