ATA Headquarters

The Air Transport Association is headquartered at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Suite 1100,  Washington, D.C. 20004.  (Although the address is Pennsylvania Avenue, the building is actually on the corner of 13th and E streets.) 

If you choose to ride Metro, get off the train at the Metro Center station and take the 13th Street exit. ATA headquarters is one and one half blocks south.

If you drive, be aware that street parking in the area is difficult to find. Rates for parking garages range from $15 to $25 per day. 

Beginning June 1, 2008 taxis in the District will be metered. Fares are also affected by the number of people in your group, whether you're traveling during rush hour or if you called for or hailed the cab. For a good description of the system as well as a fare calculator, see the Washington Post.
